Preliminary Report Feature

To cater for common situations where there are junior radiologists or students who create reports that need to be verified by a senior radiologist.

Other times, the senior radiologist might also provide preliminary report pending more detailed one.

Certain users e.g student can only post a preliminary report while those that have rights to post final/verified reports also could do a preliminary one.

Authorized users could simply select a study/report and mark it as verified to convert preliminary to final report.

Preliminary report could be (if possible) editable by by users with higher level of access.

Color coding on study list can be used to visually identify the three states of a study as is the case now with read and unread.

Color coding seems like a great feature to add, e.g., different colors displayed for studies that are not read, read with preliminary report, and read with final report, etc. We'll add those different color schemes to the CSS style template of PacsOne Server.
