Will NPTL be required?

No, but pthread and rt are required and should be available in any 2.6 kernel.

Sorry, as of today (11/17), there are enough beta tester signed up for the Linux version, so my apologies here and please be patient and wait for the official release of the Linux version of PacsOne Server Premium Edition in the near future.

I would be more than happy to be a tester but my opinion is that there would be an effort to release a complete single installation package that would include all the necessary software in its most recent releases
