can someone tell me how can i achieve this in PACS? whether it is possible in PACS or not?

if not then is there any other way to send MWL orders to pacs? i need to know how exactly i'd do that.

The Dicom Modality Worklist (DMWL) data is not for the PACS but for the input modalities. There are some broker applications that can convert the HL7 messages received from your RIS/HIS systems into DMWL data, but they are usually tied to the specific RIS/HIS systems.

can you name any such broker app?
we have a PMS that needs to send data to PACS and to our understanding PACS should do the rest like sending it to RIS and other study things.
I successfully sent some HL7 messages from my PMS to PACS and PACS does route it to the desired application. Now I'm unable to understand the proper flow like how exactly PACS works with HL7 messages. does it only route the HL7 messages to the destination applications? what is the purpose of HL7 routing through PACS if it only routes these messages. I hope there is something that I couldn't get right.
Can someone please put some light on exact flow in context of HL7 message and PACS [and worklist if it has anything to do with these]

It seems that you are looking for a PACS+RIS solution and your current PMS system may not meet the requirements of a fully-functional RIS.

PacsOne Server is currently a software-only PACS solution that is designed to work with existing RIS systems, so it does not have its own patient scheduling/registration functions offered by a RIS. So it seems that you are posting your questions to the wrong forum since they are more suitable topics for a RIS product.
