One of our customers computer had crashed. We have their pacs back up. But upon importing all the images the pacs server keeps crashing. Any idea about this?


Faulting application PacsOne.exe, version 6.2.1.102, faulting module PacsOne.exe, version 6.2.1.102, fault address 0x00050380.

Can you change the PacsOne Server logging level to Debug by modifying the following Registry value:

HKLM\Software\RainbowFish Software\PacsOne\${AeTitle}\LogLevel
Change the default value "Information" to "Debug", and restart PacsOne Server for the change to take effect. Then re-run the same Import job and send the resulting PacsOne Server logs in a zip file to: mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net.
