It would be nice to have a page that shows connection status to the DICOM devices using a DICOM echo on a configurable time schedule.

You can run the Dicom Echo (C-ECHO) test to any remote/peer AE from the "Dicom AE" page, but what's the purpose of doing that on a pre-configured time schedule? i.e., being able to ping a remote AE one hour ago does not necessarily mean it'll still respond to another ping now.
