Do you have Apache service running with the correct user name and password?

Apache is up and running with it's own user. My problem now is that I do not know how to add this user to the new server. When I try to add this under the properties of the shared drive, it only shows local users and will not recognize any of the paths that I have entered to try to point it at the Apache user on the other server.

Can you help?

Thanks.

Okay. Apache is up and running with the new user. I have also added the NTFS permissions as outlined on the Apache document here:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/platfo ... tml#winsvc

I have also added the same user with the same password on my new server and (for now) granted that user full control in the shared drive.

But I am still getting the "does not exist" error in PACSONE.

Is it possible for you to enable remote access on your server so that we can access it remotely and find out what's wrong? If so, please send the remote access information (e.g., Remote Desktop, VNC, etc) along with a valid login to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net.

Yes. Do you need access to both servers?

No, only for the server where PacsOne Server is installed.

Yes, as well as the DNS issue where shared-network path like "\\192.168.0.101\raid" works but not "\\server2\raid".
