does Pacsone automaticaly create Dicom SR instance with a received ORU HL7 message ?

What other types of HL7 messages are parsed and used by Pacsone ?

No, if enabled PacsOne Server sends a HL7 ORU message to a remote HL7 application (configured in the "HL7 Application" page) when a new Dicom study is received, with a URL link encoded in the ORU report text for accessing that Dicom study via a web browser.
