hey i am new to learning pacs and i dont understand how HL7 works..

i understand that it can send a message to pacs and receive massage from pacs but i dont know any HL7 software application to do that..could you please tell me the steps how can i successfully do that?

Have you tried Googling for such topics? There are many websites about the public HL7 standards, as well as specifications, tutorials, examples, tools, etc.
