The current Dicom standards do not have any specification about a security model for limiting access or controlling the Dicom Modality Worklist (DMWL) clients. For example, a DWML client can use either Universal or Wild-Card Matching to find ALL DMWL records available at a DWML server (SCP), instead of just those DMWL records scheduled for a particular station/AE.

So we have added a unique/proprietary feature called DMWL Filtering in PacsOne Server, where you can limit the DMWL records returned by PacsOne Server based on the AE Title of the querying client. For example, you can add a Institution Name, Referring Physician's Name or Reading Physician's Name filter for the AE Title of the querying client from the Application Entity page of PacsOne Server, so that PacsOne will only return those DWML records that match with the string pattern specified in the filter. This way, you can control the DMWL results returned by PacsOne Server to the querying client, by defining the particular Institution Name, Referring Physician's Name, or Reading Physician's Name filter for that particular querying client.
