Hi,
I need to know how can i populate worklist [automatically] in PACS when i send some data to the PACS and it receives it successfully? .
I'm using HL7 format for this, how can this be achieved.
If HL7 cannot do this then what are the other options.

Once again, you are asking questions on the wrong forum, as the worklist data are generated by RIS systems but not PACS. So you should post/send these questions to your RIS vendor which should be more than happy to explain the details to their customers.
