Image online proccessing

Hello,
when I open an image, it's size is very big and I need to scroll ...
when I enter another width/height value and press Resize, doesn't happen !!!

any help in this matter??
is there another way/applet to view/process images than ImageMagick?

Yes, there're at least two Java Applet viewers that you can use with PacsOne:

One is free and open-source and the other is not.
