Two Patients Listed with Same Patient ID

Post by hyounker » Wed Jul 25, 2018 3:30 pm

My client has two patients listed under the same patient ID. There are three studies total. Two are Patient A and one is Patient B.

Everything is correct within each study, except for the Patient ID number for the Patient B study.

I know that I can change the Patient ID for a patient, but don't see how to change the Patient ID for a single study within one Patient ID.

Any help is appreciated.

Does anyone know if this is even possible?

Thanks,

You can try downloading that single study for Patient B into a zip file, then import from the content of the extracted zip file from another Dicom application, e.g., a workstation or another instance of PacsOne Server, etc., change the Patient ID from there then send that study back to PacsOne Server to update that existing study with the incorrect Patient ID.
