Hello Pacsone,

Failed SOP Instances:

If i mark the failed once again an retry they completed with no errors.

Does the auto-route jobs to this destination AE fail consistently, e.g., always fail, or do they fail randomly? If it's the latter case, it seems like traffic congestion if you have too many simultaneous auto-route jobs to that same destination AE that it may not be able to handle. If this is the case, try reducing the Maximum Number of Simultaneous Outbound Connections setting for that destination AE from the default value of 10 to a small number, e.g., 1 or 2, and see if the problem still occurs or not.

I tryd different settings, but the error ist still there. What helps is to mark the failed studys and press the retry button. Is there a way to tell pacsone to resend the failed automaticly again after a time period?

By default, PacsOne Server retries any failed automatic routing job for up to 3 times, and you can configure the time interval (version 6.3.3+) when you define the automatic routing rule from the Auto Route page.

Thx. May you can change this from houres to minutes, so that the retry intervalls could be less then an hour in future version.
