import problem

When importing images, into 6.2.4 Pacsone does not display patient name or patient ID number. However if I look directly at the database the patient name and ID number are there.

DO you mean the Patient Name/Patient ID are not displayed from the Job Status page for the Import job? If so, then yes, the Job Status page only displays the Number of Dicom Images imported in the Details column of the Import job, and you can find the imported patients/studies from the Home, Unread Studies or Browse pages of PacsOne Server.
