Second database not work

Dear Pacsone forum: i have the problem with de second database recently created the problem is that por of the first database now not listen and the second yes:

First database working with 4006 port fine, when install the second database in the 4016 port, 4006 port is no longer listening!

please help me.

You must mean the second instance when you mentioned "second database" below, and if so, you'll need a multi-instance PacsOne Server license in order to run multiple instances of PacsOne Server, each with its own database, AE Title and TCP port.

If not sure, you can send us your current PacsOne Server license ("license.dat") under the directory where PacsOne is installed, and we'll check if it supports a single or multiple instances of PacsOne Server.

Ok I buy only one instance, then
want to run again the previous instance
you should do?

You can simply run the Windows Registry Editor and remove and extra sub-key/DWORD value named with the AE Title for the 2nd/new instance of PacsOne Server under the following key, then restart PacsOne Server for the change to take effect:
