pacsone and vista

pacsone starts but then terminates with this error detail

What's the version of Vista are you running? e.g., 32 or 64-bit, Home, Business or Ultimate Edition?

We don't ever have a version 5.1.0 of PacsOne Server as the latest version released is 5.1.3.

Is it possible to enable Remote Desktop (RDP) on this server so that we can access it remotely and figure out what's wrong? If so, please send the IP address of this server along with a valid RDP login to mailto:pacsone@pacsone.net and we'll look into this.

I have resolved my problem.
I run pacsoneserve.exe setting option "compatibility windows xp"

This looks like a known compatibility issue with running applications linked with the MySQL client library under Vista:

http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=33031

Until MySQL comes up with a fix for this issue, the workaround is to run the PacsOne Server Premium Edition service under the local Administrator account.
