Radscaper Applet Problem

Have done all sucessful troubleshooting with radscaper and the options they provide on install.

Select image and click the show button. Screen comes up with all the options for radscaper marked out and a black screen. Image is not appearing. Any Idea at what could be causing this?

You should probably post this topic on the Radscaper forum (same website where you downloaded the applet viewer), as this sounds like a Radscaper configuration issue but we are not familiar with the details of Radscaper applet configurations.
