Forward Existing Oldest Studies

Hello,

Currently, when we use the option "Forward Existing xx Oldest Studies", Pacsone forward the most oldest xx studies, ex:

if patient came in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and we ask to forward the 2 Oldest studies, in 2010 Pacsone will send 2007 and 2008 in addition to the 2010 so we do not have the study of 2009 !!

how it is possible to adapt this in order to send, following to my ex. above, 2008 & 2009 in addition to 2010?

Try changing the current "Forward Existing 2 Oldest Studies" configuration to "Forward Existing 3 Oldest Studies", so that PacsOne will forward your pre-existing studies in 2007, 2008 and 2009 along with the newly received study in 2010 to the destination AE.

Thank you for your prompt replay.
I already did that and it works well, but the problem is the number of useless studies which will be forwarded; this number which will increase year after year.

Maybe we'll add a new option for PacsOne to Forward Existing N Newest Studies to the routing rule configuration page, in addition to the current Forward Existing N Oldest Studies option. Will this new feature solve the problem you have?

That's exactly what we need, I also can say that this new option can cover the current one and replace it.

Ok, we'll add this new feature to the next release of PacsOne Server Premium Edition.

This feature is already implemented in the current version (6.2.3) of PacsOne Server, as you can simply enter a negative number to forward N latest studies (as opposed to N oldest studies) to the destination AE.

For example, if you want to forward 1 latest existing study of the same patient as the current study being received, simply enter -1 as the value for Forward N oldest studies to the destination AE field and enter that checkbox, PacsOne Server will then forward the last existing study of the same patient as the one just received to the destination AE.
