hello,
i want to know the possibility of pacsone to send hl7 message over https.

This feature is not currently supported as it requires the peer application to also support transporting HL7 messages over SSL connections, since there appears to be many compatibility issues with various HL7 over SSL implementations (even more problematic with the compatibility issues between various versions of HL7).
