Where can I find HIPAA auditing logs?

I know PacsOne supports HIPAA auditing, and I just setup an SMTP server and set myself to receive the "Monthly System Journal Report" emails, but where is the HIPAA audit information actually stored? Also, we are using the MedDream viewer as a front-end for PacsOne, that will still log viewed studies to the HIPAA log, right?
Re: Where can I find HIPAA auditing logs?
HIPAA is a set of policies/guidelines but not a standard/protocol like Dicom, so there is no such thing called HIPAA logs. In compliance with HIPAA, PacsOne Server support the System Journal feature where all web user activities (e.g., reviewing studies, etc) are logged as events to the System Journal. You can review events logged in the System Journal by logging in as the Administrator (or a web user with the "System Administrator" privilege enabled) and click on the "System Journal" URL link from the Main Menu.

Thanks for the quick reply. OK, I think I have narrowed this down. When I view a patient in PacsOne, I see that username Viewed Patient X. When I solely use MedDream to view patients, I don't get any indication in PacsOne that the patient was viewed.

You should contact the development/support team at MedDream and request that they add the reviewing of patients/studies from their image viewer to the System Journal table of PacsOne Server.
