Login password expiration

For best practices in security, is it possible to have users prompted to change their login passwords at an interval of 90 days or so. Or do you have an alternative suggestion? Thank you.

Right now, only the Administrator (root) can change any user's password.

We'll try to add this feature into the next release, as users should be able to change their passwords (while the Administrator (root) can always reset it if necessary).
