Hi, I have a Linux installation, I try to enable auto-scan at every 60 seconds. I placed some files manually and nothing happens.
Manually importing the files from the Tools menu throws a warning (there is no DICOMDIR folder) but the import is properly executed.

C-FIND filtering
I will start a new thread with this... Here is my user case: 1. I am associating a certain AET with an user meaning all studies coming from that AET will be assignet to the specified user. 2. That user is a member of a certain group or groups. I set up all groups so studies owned by an user would be...

More info on my experiments with iPhone/iPad and Osirix HD I use more than one device under my iTunes account, so I got one iPad, 2 iPhones (business and SW test units) and one iPod Touch. The concurrent number of connections allowed for the same AE can be set in PacsOne AE definition page (default ...

And here comes my question about this usage scenario. As Osirix HD is implemented as an AE when using C-FIND I can see all existing studies no matter who is using the terminal. Is there any way to filter the results of the C-FIND based on some association between the AE title and some existing user?...

Osirix HD has the option to use WADO as a protocol. What I did and works with any dynamic IP is: - configure your iPad as AE but do not fill any computer name or IP address (only the port number is OK). In my case I only allowed C-FIND command needed to perform the search. - configure your server in...

After studying for a while I saw that MedDream is using a long SQL query constructed to fit several PACS systems as backend in order to search accesible studies by the current user. In this query they only compare current user's firstname and lastname with records in studies profiles. I was able to ...

As I am approaching to go live with PacsOne I was considdering all these options as well. My SQL replication looks good, however I want to cut the time for restoring the service while the maintenance effort is kept for only one machine. Then we decided to go for virtualization in order to keep the s...

For testing purposes I edited Hello.php, encoded it in UTF-8 instead of ANSI then changed the content to this:
The page displays OK in all browsers.[/code]
Code: Select all
<?php
session_start();
echo "Test UTF-8: ș ț î ă â";
phpinfo();
?>

Now I have some issues with the character set for Romanian language. I tried UTF-8 as character set and failed to display proper glyphs. Then I found that ISO-8859-16 will display them all right and sticked with that. However while Chrome (Safari), Opera and Firefox have no problem with it when it c...

Then if I create a group and link it to some sending AE station I can make sure everything loaded from that station is readable by all members of the group. I tested this and it works OK. Unfortunately MedDream web client does not implement groups security, still I managed to use the Show button to ...

Well, in the first place I suppose all actors here are already registered users. What I aim is that the user who is „owner” of the private study (let say referring physician or requesting physician) should be able to select a reading physician from the users list (or maybe she just know that reading...
