Thank you.This issue has been sloved. It is because when I migrate one DB from other Pacsone server to this machine. The Pacsone DB is updated with the other one, I don't know why this happened since they have different DB names. When I backup the pacone DB in this machine, it works.

There is no PacsOneHL7.exe in the Windows Task Manager. Just PacsOne.exe and PacsOneSrv.exe. Actually, the license is not trial version,we bought the license half a year ago. Does it matter?
