I receive on pacsone some studies from old agfa system (vips) and my problem is for one patient with 4 radio i receive 4 different studies with same name and PID
so is there a possibility to merge this 4 studies in one ?

can you tell us more info of hl7 message supported by pacsone, ie adt01, adt040 or evn, mrg, segment type, etc...

I had the same problem in my installation of the prenium version on vista

in the service manager edit pacsone service
and assign a different user for run this service and not a blank password
that work fine here
