Ok, last posting until I get a reply.
It is still not loading the php_mysqli.dll file. When I start Apache I get the error that c:\Program Files\PHP\php_mysqli.dll file can not be found.
It is in that directory. I have checked and double checked.
Not sure were to go from here.

Well, I went to PHP.NET and downloaded the zip version and found the dll files. I extracted them to the PHP directory and made sure the extension directory was where I put them. Well maybe we have found the problem.
I searched my harddrive for any file name of php_mysqli.dll, php_myspll.dll, php_mysql.dll, mysqli.dll, mysqll.dll, or mysql.dll and could not find the file.
Where can I get this dll file?

Ok, I got the error to disappear, but it is still asking for an Anti-Spam code. Where do I get this from? There is nothing in the Doc's that say anything about the anti-spam code.
