Two Patients Listed with Same Patient ID
My client has two patients listed under the same patient ID. There are three studies total. Two are Patient A and one is Patient B. Everything is correct within each study, except for the Patient ID number for the Patient B study. I know that I can change the Patient ID for a patient, but don't see ...

Removing Images from PacsOne Database
We have been using PacsOne since December of 2005! We have a 13 tb server and we will dangerously approach 100% storage space used by the end of 2018. The images are neatly organized in yearly folders. I could easily just delete a couple year folders to regain some storage space. My question is, wha...

Okay. But, I guess I don't understand PACSONE's role in this. Is PACSONE just providing a table for patient data storage and organization? Or is PACSONE capable of creating a DMWL that can be used by the technologists at each modality? And, in order to use the data that is entered in the PacsOne DMW...

More Information Please
We are currently using PacsOne Server at an outpatient facility. One PacsOne server with NAS, 3 eFilm workstations for viewing and 8 imaging modalities. I don't have alot of experience with DMWL, so maybe you can help me understand this a little better. In reading the manual, I am unclear about the ...

Problems getting images from Hologic Selenia Digital Mammo
It appears that Selenia is limited in its ability to identify a patients name. The techs are using the last name field to enter "Lastname, firstname". Obviously, with mammo, most of these patients are screened annually so if the patient name isn't entered exactly as it was previously, PACSONE issues ...

Need to Move Image Files on PACSONE Server
I am running PACSONE on a MS 2003 Server with the operating system and PACSONE running on a RAID 1 array and with a 4 terabyte RAID 5 array for image storage. I have directed PACSONE to store images on the RAID 5 array, the "E:" drive. Somehow, some of the images sent to PACSONE were stored on the ...

Okay. Apache is up and running with the new user. I have also added the NTFS permissions as outlined on the Apache document here: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/platform/windows.html#winsvc I have also added the same user with the same password on my new server and (for now) granted that user full...

Apache is up and running with it's own user. My problem now is that I do not know how to add this user to the new server. When I try to add this under the properties of the shared drive, it only shows local users and will not recognize any of the paths that I have entered to try to point it at the A...
