Re: Session Manager Error
Thanks. That is useful information. It is probably bandwidth because all AEs connect via internet which is sometimes very slow. However, it is probably more likely that something is freezing the server causing the timeout and the error is a result and not the cause of reach-ability problem. This is ...

Re: Session Manager Error
Thanks for the info. I guess one then needs to keep destination folder reachable as much as possible. BTW the error similar to "Mon May 16 14:43:59 2016 ERROR - SessionManager: Trying to delete session <128> while it's locked for I/O" is still occurring though. However, it is just a few lines in the...

Re: Session Manager Error
The server worked fine eventually though I never quite figured out what the issue was. I recovered it by copying WAMP and Pacone folders from a replication slave machine that is of identical setup and was working well. Now about 24hrs with no errors. Additionally, I tested the issue of copy files to...

Session Manager Error
Pacsone is not receiving images and times out on Echo, Query. Immediately after service restart, is seems to work for a short while then gets locked. The error in the logs is several lines similar to: "Mon May 16 14:43:59 2016 ERROR - SessionManager: Trying to delete session <128> while it's locked ...

Re: Auto Route Cannot Save Images to a Network Folder.
I am now running the services under the logged in admin account and the UNC path is working great.
Thanks for the help!

Auto Route Cannot Save Images to a Network Folder.
On the Auto Route rule setup page, the option "Copy received images to this destination folder:" works for local but not for network folders. I have tried both UNC path format and a simple Mapped Drive.
Pacsone says Destination folder does not exist.

Re: Lock Study for Deletion
1. Yes a privileged user may delete the study manually.
2. A lock and unlock button is adequate for my needs.
Thanks.

Re: Autoroute Retry Interval too Long
I guess then setting rule to do series/study level forward with immediate retry should might be a little lighter than instance level.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Preliminary Report Feature
To cater for common situations where there are junior radiologists or students who create reports that need to be verified by a senior radiologist. Other times, the senior radiologist might also provide preliminary report pending more detailed one. Certain users e.g student can only post a prelimina...

Re: Autoroute Retry Interval too Long
Thanks.
When you say "Job Levels can be either INSTANCE, SERIES, STUDY or PATIENT", Is there a place to set this for auto route jobs or is it left to pacsone to decide?
I will create the registry value and see how it works out.

Re: Remove/Replace a Character in Patient Name.
Thanks. I must confess that the simplicity of Pacsone is one of its strengths, though I have used RegEx rules before without any problem especially when there are a few sample rules. It could be under an "advanced Rules" button that is not even visible by default. For me, this is not a critical feat...

Re: Autoroute Retry Interval too Long
Thanks pacsone for your explanation. My thinking was that for example if a node is down at a given time, it is less likely to be available in another one second than in, say, 5 minutes. Yet pacsone will continuously keep trying. I thought we might save resources by spreading the retries a little. It...

Re: Remove/Replace a Character in Patient Name.
My suggestion will borrow from existing rules. For deletion of an unwanted character(s) something like " value-> " where value replaces the wildcard * in the current delete value syntax could be used. e.g /-> removes the " / ". For replacement, we can do " value->new value ". This is similar to the ...

Autoroute Retry Interval too Long
The option to specify retry interval has its units in hours. This is very long. Changing it to minutes would be very useful. Furthermore, I see there is an option in registry to change maximum retries. That is great. however, an option in the UI would be easier to use and making it configurable per ...
